class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Travail du fer\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> fait partie de\u00a0 la formation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de CAPA M\u00e9tier de l&rsquo;agriculture.<\/p><p>Le TP propos\u00e9 leur permet de pouvoir r\u00e9parer et assembler des pi\u00e8ces cass\u00e9es en maintenance corrective par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage \u00e0 l\u2019arc \u00e9lectrique.<\/p><p>La manipulation d\u2019outillages sp\u00e9cifiques pour la pr\u00e9paration des pi\u00e8ces (sciage, limage) doit \u00eatre rigoureuse ainsi que pour l\u2019assemblage (soudage) par laquelle <strong>le port de la tenue de protection y est obligatoire.<\/strong><\/p><p>L\u2019appr\u00e9hension des jeunes dans la phase soudage a \u00e9t\u00e9 surmont\u00e9e par un enseignement individuel qui leurs a permis de ma\u00eetriser leurs angoisses et leur faire r\u00e9aliser des soudures en toute confiance.<\/p><p><strong>Merci \u00e0 eux pour
