<strong>l\u2019Apiweek<\/strong>,<\/span> les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de premi\u00e8re Bac Pro CGEA du lyc\u00e9e agricole de Flamarens sont all\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte des produits de la ruche, avec le soutien d\u2019InterApi.<\/p><p>Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis par Fabienne Mallein au magasin de vente directe du Rucher du Tigou. Elle a d\u2019abord pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 cette exploitation apicole, cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2004 par son \u00e9poux, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Mallein, rejoint en 2008 par Philippe Huau dans le cadre d\u2019une entraide mutuelle. L\u2019exploitation \u00e9tait alors principalement orient\u00e9e vers la vente de produits d\u2019\u00e9levage et la production de miel en f\u00fbts.<\/p><p>L\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9levage, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la production d\u2019essaims sous diff\u00e9rents formats, de reines f\u00e9cond\u00e9es ou vierges et de cellules royales, s\u2019accompagnait d\u2019un travail rigoureux de s\u00e9lection et de production de reines ins\u00e9min\u00e9es.<\/p><p>C\u2019est en 2013 que Fabienne rejoint son \u00e9poux sur l\u2019exploitation. Elle y met en place un atelier de production de gel\u00e9e royale. S\u2019en suit une diversification des produits et des modes de commercialisation (vente en pots, etc.).<\/p><p>Avant l\u2019atelier de d\u00e9gustation des diff\u00e9rents miels de l\u2019exploitation, activit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e, Fabienne a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la technique de production de la gel\u00e9e royale ainsi que les autres produits comme la propolis, le pollen ou la cire.<\/p><p>Le logo AB sur certains produits a suscit\u00e9 des questions de la part des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Ce fut l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9voquer l\u2019installation dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es de Xavier (le fils de Fabienne et Jean-Fran\u00e7ois) en apiculture biologique, et d\u2019aborder les principales r\u00e8gles du cahier des charges de ce mode de production.<\/p><p>L\u2019attention des jeunes a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e sur la diversit\u00e9 des circuits de commercialisation : le magasin de vente directe, la vente en demi-gros et trois sites internet (Tigoo Miel, Miel Direct et Altigoo Apiculture). Ce souhait de diversification a men\u00e9 ces apiculteurs \u00e0 produire et commercialiser d\u2019abord de l\u2019huile de lin pour l\u2019entretien des ruches, puis d\u2019autres huiles pour la consommation humaine.<\/p><p>Venus s\u2019informer sur les diff\u00e9rents produits de la ruche, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont ainsi d\u00e9couvert <strong>un syst\u00e8me de production et de commercialisation diversifi\u00e9, ancr\u00e9 dans son territoire et reposant notamment sur des partenariats entre apiculteurs et agriculteurs<\/strong>. Un premier pas pour aborder la notion de durabilit\u00e9 des exploitations agricoles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
